EEOC prepares the launch of the Component 2 EEO-1 Pay Data Collection reporting requirements. On July 1, 2019 a wide variety of materials and instructions will become available online to support the completion of this report.

Following is some general information to know:

EEO-1 filers will be asked to submit Component 2 data for calendar years 2017 and 2018 by September 30, 2019 as ordered by the District Court’s recent decision in National Women’s Law Center, et al., v.
