System login information will be sent to employers via USPS letter and email. Upload File Layout Specifications and an accompanying Excel File for 2017 and 2018 can be found in the More Info and Additional References section. Please note that the secure file upload function and validation process is expected to be available by mid-August 2019.
The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) has stated that EEO-1 filers should submit Component 2 compensation data for calendar year 2017and 2018 by September 30, 2019.
If your workforce is composed of at least 100 employees (snapshot) at the end of the year 2017 and 2018 respectively, you are required to submit Component 2 pay data. Federal contractors with 50-99 employees are not required to submit the Component 2 pay data.
If you are required to file the Component 2 pay data, and you would like HR Unlimited Inc. to file your EEO-1 Component 2 pay data, let us know and we would be happy to assist you. This is the first time Component 2 is added to the EEO-1 filing and will require extensive time to submit the pay data in the new EEOC format.
