In this role, Ahmed is responsible for setting the overall corporate strategy for HR Unlimited (HRU) and directing business operations. Prior to joining HRU, Ahmed served as the District Director of the San Jose District Office for the Office of Federal Contract Compliance programs (OFCCP), an Agency of the Department of Labor. Ahmed has also served seven years with the Employers Group (EG), the largest non-profit employers association nationwide.
Sharon is a former Assistant District Director at Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP), of the U.S. Department of Labor; serving in San Jose, CA as well as New York City, NY. She has over 15 years of experience working at the OFCCP, ensuring that employers doing business with the Federal government comply with the laws and regulations requiring nondiscrimination.
