HR Unlimited, Inc. is looking for a proven, high-performing Senior Sales Executive to help us meet our ambitious growth objectives. We are looking for a charismatic team player who can help take the entire company to the next level.
This role reports directly to the Executive Director of Client Relations and Strategic Alliances and will be responsible for generating B2B sales to deliver exceptional revenue growth in our fast-growing environment.
Develops relationships and grow profitable sales within the national territory
Manages target account proposals and timelines to ensure that sales opportunities are identified and properly pursued
Builds business by identifying and selling prospects; maintaining relationships with current sales pipeline of HR Executives
Provides monthly reports to management on key opportunities for new business and industry trends
Make recommendations about new services or improvements that might increase sales volume and profitability
Tracks POS data within account and report sales movement and trends via CRM Zoho
Collects competitive field data related to price points, trends, services and overall competitive activity in the marketplace
Prequalifies prospective clients against company criteria
Ensures timely contact and follow-ups with prospective clients
When requested, participates in client interactions to ensure client satisfaction as well as expectations being met, scheduling management involvement as needed
Ongoing ability to manage complex sales cycle, with a track record of successful revenue attainment.
